摘　　要：目的探讨放射肿瘤科专业住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)出科技能考核体系的探索及实践。方法选取广西医科大学第二附属医院放疗科(简称我科)2017和2018年住院医师共16人为研究对象。利用Eclipse^(TM)系统创立出科技能考核的试题库,内容包括病例考核、影像阅片、放疗前准备、靶区勾画、计划评估等。结果2019年和2020年我科住院医师执业医师考核通过率均为100%,结业考核通过率也均为100%。结论合理的放射肿瘤科专业住培出科技能考核模式有助于提高住院医师的结业考核通过率,保障培训质量,提升住院医师岗位胜任力。Objective To explore the practical value of skill examination on completion in the standardized training for radiation oncology resident physicians.Methods Sixteen residents of 2017 and 2018 were selected as the research subjects.The database was founded through the Eclipse^(TM)system to assess the skill examination on completion of residents.including case assessment,image reading,preparation before radiotherapy,target delineation and plan evaluation,etc.Results In 2019 and 2020,the passing rates of licensure examination of radiation oncology residents were 100%.In 2020 and 2021,the passing rates of completion assessment were also 100%.Conclusions The construction of the skill examination system on completion of radiotherapy will help to improve the passing rate of completion assessment of residents,ensure the training quality and improve the post competence.
