新时代翻译人才培养的守正与创新——基于南京大学法语翻译人才培养的思考

摘　　要：新时代,翻译教育迎来新的机遇,也面临新的挑战。如何立足时代对翻译人才的需求、对翻译人才培养提出的更高要求,提升翻译人才培养质量,培养出高水平翻译人才,是翻译教育在服务国家战略过程中必须着力思考的课题。南京大学在法语翻译人才培养中,坚持守正与创新相统一,以自身传统和优势为根本,以改革创新促发展,在“不变”中求“变”,探索出一条翻译人才培养的特色发展之路。基于南京大学法语翻译人才培养展开相关思考,将有助于推动我国翻译教育事业的发展。In the new era,translation education faces new opportunities as well as unprecedented challenges.How to improve the quality of the translation talents'cultivation and cultivate high-level translation talents,to meet needs of the times for translation talents and the higher requirements for the translation talents'cultivation,is a topic that translation education must focus on in the process of serving the national strategy.In the cultivation of French translation talents,Nanjing University insists on the unity of upholding principles and innovation,takes its own traditions and advantages as the foundation,promotes development through reform and innovation,seeks"changes'in the"constancy",and has explored a unique development path of translation talents'cultivation.Unfolding relevant thinking based on the cultivation of French translation talents in Nanjing University,will help to promote the development of translation education in China and to make positive contributions.
