摘  要:本研究建立了食品接触用竹木制品中噻菌灵、邻苯基苯酚、抑霉唑和联苯残留量的气相色谱-质谱测定方法。样品用甲醇超声提取,经旋转蒸发仪蒸干,丙酮复溶解,过滤后进样。采用DB-35色谱柱,分析时间为15 min。噻菌灵、邻苯基苯酚、抑霉唑和联苯在0.5~10 mg/L质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,邻苯基苯酚和联苯定量下限为0.05 mg/L,噻菌灵和抑霉唑定量下限为0.15 mg/L。3个浓度水平的加标回收率范围在77.0%~103.6%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)在2.2%~11.6%之间。结果表明,本方法具有适用范围广、灵敏度高、准确可靠等优点。A method for determination of thiabendazole,2-phenylphenol,imazalil and biphenyl in bamboo and wooden food contact products by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) was established.The samples were ultrasonically extracted with methanol,dried by a rotary evaporator,re-dissolved in acetone,and then filtered for injection.A DB-35 chromatographic column was used,and the analysis time was 15 minutes.Thiabendazole,2-phenylphenol,imazalil and biphenyl showed good linear relationships within the mass concentration range of 0.5-10 mg/L.The quantification limits of 2-phenylphenol and biphenyl were 0.05 mg/L,and those of thiabendazole and imazalil were 0.15 mg/L.The recovery rates at 3 concentration levels ranged from 77.0% to 103.6%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD,n = 6) ranged from 2.2% to 11.6%.The results show that this method has the advantages of wide applicability,high sensitivity and accuracy.
