摘 要:首先建立了采煤机滚筒调高机构的数学模型,并通过李雅普诺夫稳定性理论将自适应控制与预见控制结合起来,构造了采煤机调高的自适应预见控制器。在Simulink中搭建了采煤机自适应预见控制调高仿真模型,并进行了仿真实验。结果表明,自适应预见控制的响应速度和跟踪性能都要优于PID控制和预见控制。Firstly,the mathematical model of shearer drum heightening mechanism is established,and based on the lyapunov stability theory,adaptive control and predictive control are combined to construct the adaptive preview controller of shearer heightening.A simulation model of shearer adaptive preview control was built in Simulink,and the experiments were carried out.The results show that the response speed and tracking performance of adaptive predictive control are better than those of PID control and predictive control.
