摘　　要：“双碳”背景的约束下给煤炭行业发展带来新的挑战,也对煤炭企业发展提出了新要求。煤炭企业如何在“双碳”约束下高效清洁发展已成为现阶段煤炭行业发展的重要课题。从煤炭企业碳排放治理和煤炭企业转型高质量发展进行研究,系统介绍了煤炭企业的碳排放治理情况,分析了在“双碳”背景下煤炭企业发展所面对的问题,从而提出了“双碳”约束下煤炭企业高质量发展的新路径,为实现煤炭企业高质量发展提供新的发展思路和建议。Under the constraints of "double carbon" background,the development of coal industry has brought new challenges,but also put forward new requirements for the development of coal enterprises.How to develop coal enterprises efficiently and clean under the "double carbon" constraint has become an important topic for the development of coal industry at present.Studies the carbon emission management of coal enterprises and the transformation of coal enterprises into high quality development,systematically introduces the carbon emission management of coal enterprises,analyzes the problems faced by the development of coal enterprises under the background of "double carbon",and proposes a new path of high quality development of coal enterprises under the "double carbon" constraints,providing new development ideas and suggestions for the realization of high quality development of coal enterprises.
