摘  要:专科经营助理承担监测、沟通、评价、建议等职责,专科经营助理制度是适应现代医院发展需要的重要举措。为破解当前专科经营助理模式的重数字轻管理、重指令轻互动、重局部轻全局、重形式轻落实等困境,从数字化管理融入实务、控制关键节点提升质效、建立多维度运营分析报告体系、树立战略管理意识、落实闭环管理等方面,提出了专科经营助理模式的实施路径。认为公立医院在推行专科经营助理模式的过程中,数据治理是基础,学科群管理是方向,人才培养是关键。The specialized operation assistant is responsible for monitoring,communication,evaluation,and suggestion,and the specialized operation assistant system is an important measure to meet the development needs of modern hospitals.In order to solve the current dilemma of prioritizing finance over business,prioritizing instructions over interaction,prioritizing local areas over the overall situation,and prioritizing form over the implementation,the implementation path of specialized operation assistants was proposed from the aspects of integrating digital management into practice,controlling key nodes to improve quality and efficiency,establishing a multi-dimensional operation analysis report system,establising a sense of strategic managment,and implementing closed-loop management.It was pointed out that data governance is the foundation,discipline group management is the direction,and talent training is the key in the process of implementing specialized operation assistant in public hospitals.
