摘  要:目的检测乳腺癌组织中长链非编码RNA LINC00467(lncRNA LINC00467)、微小RNA-4735-3p(miR-4735-3p)的表达水平,并探讨两者表达水平与乳腺癌患者术后复发转移的相关性。方法回顾性选取2017年4月~2019年4月于河北医科大学第一医院接受乳腺癌改良根治术治疗的109例乳腺癌患者,手术过程中收集乳腺癌组织和癌旁正常乳腺组织(经病理诊断);对患者进行3年的术后随访,将31例出现复发转移的患者作为复发转移组,75例未出现复发转移的患者作为未复发转移组。检测各组织中lncRNA LINC00467、miR-4735-3p的表达水平;Pearson相关分析评价乳腺癌组织lncRNA LINC00467与miR-4735-3p表达水平的相关性;多因素Logistic回归分析评价影响乳腺癌患者术后3年内复发转移的因素;受试者工作特征曲线分析乳腺癌组织lncRNA LINC00467、miR-4735-3p表达水平对术后3年内复发转移的预测价值。结果与癌旁正常乳腺组织比较,乳腺癌组织lncRNA LINC00467表达水平较高,miR-4735-3p表达水平较低(P<0.05);复发转移组和未复发转移组TNM分期比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与未复发转移组比较,复发转移组乳腺癌组织lncRNA LINC00467表达水平较高,miR-4735-3p表达水平较低(P<0.05);乳腺癌组织中lncRNA LINC00467与miR-4735-3p表达水平呈负相关(P<0.05);TNMⅢ期及lncRNA LINC00467表达水平是影响乳腺癌患者术后3年内复发转移的独立危险因素,而miR-4735-3p表达水平是保护因素(P<0.05);lncRNA LINC00467和miR-4735-3p两者联合预测术后3年内复发转移的曲线下面积优于各自单独预测(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌组织中lncRNA LINC00467呈高表达,miR-4735-3p呈低表达,两者的表达水平与乳腺癌患者术后3年内复发转移有关,有作为预测乳腺癌复发转移的生物学指标的潜力。Objective To detect the expression levels of long non-coding RNA LINC00467(lncRNA LINC00467)and microRNA-4735-3p(miR-4735-3p)in breast cancer tissues,and to explore the correlation between their expression levels and postoperative recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 109 patients with breast cancer who received modified radical mastectomy in the First Hospital of Hebei Medical University from April 2017 to April 2019 were retrospective selected,during the operation,breast cancer tissues and normal breast tissues adjacent to the cancer were collected(pathologically diagnosed);the patients were followed up for 3 years after operation,31 patients with recurrence and metastasis were regarded as the recurrence and metastasis group,and 75 patients without recurrence and metastasis were regarded as the non-recurrence and metastasis group.The expression levels of lncRNA LINC00467 and miR-4735-3p were detected in all tissues;the correlation between lncRNA LINC00467 and miR-4735-3p expression level in breast cancer tissues was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis;multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to evaluate the factors affecting recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer patients within 3 years after surgery;receiver operator characteristic curve was used to analyze the predictive value of the expression levels of lncRNA LINC00467 and miR-4735-3p in breast cancer tissues for recurrence and metastasis within 3 years after surgery.Results Compared with the adjacent normal breast tissues,the expression level of lncRNA LINC00467 was higher in breast cancer tissues,and the expression level of miR-4735-3p was lower(P<0.05);the TNM stage of the recurrence and metastasis group was significantly different from that of the non-recurrence and metastasis group(P<0.05);compared with the non-recurrence and metastasis group,the expression level of lncRNA LINC00467 was higher in the recurrence and metastasis group,and the expression level of miR-4735-3p was lower(P<0.05);lncRNA LINC0
