自拟培元解毒通络汤治疗原发性肝癌TACE术后栓塞综合征的效果及对炎性细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨原发性肝癌肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)术后栓塞综合征应用自拟培元解毒通络汤后在炎性细胞因子、临床效果中的价值。方法选取2019年9月至2021年10月收治的原发性肝癌TACE术后栓塞综合征患者92例,随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组46例,采用常规治疗方案治疗者(n=46)为对照组,自拟培元解毒通络汤和常规治疗方案联用者(n=46)为研究组,分析2组治疗情况。结果2组治疗前主要症状变化积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后的主要症状变化积分小于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗前炎性细胞因子水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后的炎性细胞因子水平小于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗前免疫功能水平无显著差异(P>0.05);研究组治疗后的免疫功能水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的疗效略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论原发性肝癌TACE术后栓塞综合征的临床治疗方案中,自拟培元解毒通络汤的应用,可对患者临床症状改善,调整患者炎性细胞、免疫功能水平变化,促进患者临床中医疗效提升,具有一定价值。Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of self-made PeiyuanJieduTongluo Decoction in the treatment of primary liver cancer with embolism syndrome after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)and the regulatory effects on inflammatory cytokine levels.Methods A total of 92 primary liver cancer patients with embolism syndrome after TACE admitted from September 2019 to October 2021 were recruited.They were randomly divided into control group(n=46)and research group(n=46).Conventional treatment was given to all recruited patients,and those in research group were additionally intervened with the self-made PeiyuanJieduTongluo Decoction.Treatment outcomes were compared between groups.Results There were no significant difference in the scores of main symptom before treatment between groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scoresof main symptom were significantly smaller in research group than thosein control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in inflammatory cytokine levels before treatment between groups(P>0.05).After treatment,inflammatory cytokine levels were significantly lower in research group than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the immune function before treatment between groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the immune function was significantly better in research group than that in control group(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)efficacy was slightly higher in research group than that in control group,although no significant difference was detected(P>0.05).Conclusion The self-made PeiyuanJieduTongluo Decoction can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,lowerinflammatory cytokine levels,and improve immune function and TCM efficacyin primary liver cancer patients with embolism syndrome after TACE.
