摘  要:抑郁症是一种致残性疾病,严重损害患者的生活质量,然而,抑郁症的发病机制尚未完全明确。脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)是神经营养因子家族中的重要成员,其在神经元的存活、分化、突触可塑性及认知、情绪和记忆中发挥重要作用。研究发现,BDNF在大脑皮质和海马中的含量与抑郁症密切相关,其可以通过不同信号通路调控抑郁症的发生发展,因此,其可以作为抑郁症治疗的重要靶点。本文就近年来关于BDNF与抑郁症的关系以及BDNF信号通路在抑郁症发病和治疗中的作用机制研究进行综述,以期为临床上抑郁症的研究及治疗提供新思路。Depression is a disabling disease,which seriously impairs the quality of life of patients.However,the pathogenesis of depression is not yet fully understood.Brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)is an important member of the neurotrophin family,which plays an important role in neuronal survival,neuronal differentiation,synaptic plasticity,cognition,emotion and memory.Research has demonstrated that the content of BDNF in cerebral cortex and hippocampus is closely related to depression,which can regulate the occurrence and development of depression through different signal pathways.Therefore,BDNF can be used an important target of depression treatment.This article reviews the research progress on the relationship between BDNF and depression,as well as the role of BDNF signaling pathway in the pathogenesis and depression treatment of depression,in order to provide new ideas for clinical research and treatment of depression.
