摘  要:介绍了一款空气压缩机用永磁同步电机的电磁设计。针对客户对电机弱磁调速性能的要求,采用转子磁钢内置的结构,对转子磁钢V字型结构进行设计。利用有限元法对电机效率、损耗、转矩、反电势和输出功率等相关参数进行分析。通过转子磁钢斜极的方法,改善转矩波动和反电势波形。型式试验结果表明,电机的额定转速和弱磁调速性能可以满足设计要求。Electromagnetic design of a permanent magnet synchronous motor used in the air compressor is described.The V-shaped structure design of the rotor magnet steel is adopted by means of the built-in structure of the rotor magnet steel,to meet with the customer's requirement of the motor's weak magnetic speed regulation performance.The motor efficiency,loss,torque,back electromotive force,output power and other related parameters are analyzed by the finite element method.Torque fluctuation and back electromotive force are improved by the skew pole method of rotor magnet steel.The type test result shows that the rated speed and weak magnetic speed regulation performance of the motor are able to meet with the design requirements.
