摘　　要：从型号物资供应商管理工作现状入手,分析了新形势下面临的问题,并基于战略联盟供应商的基础理论,对构建战略联盟的型号物资供应商管理体系进行了思考,为建立战略供应商队伍提供了工作思路。This paper starts from the current situation of material supplier management,analyzes the problems faced under the new situation,and based on the basic theory of strategic alliance suppliers,discusses the management system of material supplier in building strategic alliance,and provides a working idea for building a strategic supplier team.
