企业质量文化示范能力测评研究

摘　　要：在当今激烈的市场竞争环境中,质量已经成为了企业的制胜法宝,质量文化的地位逐渐突出,企业质量文化的引领示范作用也受到政府、行业和企业的重点关注。本文聚焦企业质量文化示范能力,从质量文化建设路径、质量文化建设成果、质量文化推广能力3个方面进行表征,以此构建测评指标体系,采用成熟度等级评价的方法进行测评,同时给出相应的测评要点、测评方式和测评准则,以满足示范能力测评的实操性需求。In today′s fierce market competition environment,quality has become a magic weapon for enterprises to win.The position of quality culture has become increasingly prominet.The leading and exemplary role of enterprise quality culture has also attracted the attention of the government,industry and enterprises.This paper focuses on the demonstration capability of enterprise quality culture,characterizing it from three aspects:the path of quality culture construction,the achievements of quality culture construction,and the promotion capability of quality culture.Then this paper builds an evaluation index system,and uses the method of maturity level evaluation.At the same time,the corresponding evaluation points,evaluation methods and evaluation criteria are given to meet the practical requirements.
