摘　　要：目的观察抗抑郁治疗对老年期抑郁症患者血脂水平的影响。方法选取首都医科大学附属北京安定医院2022年1月1日至2022年6月30日诊断为老年期抑郁症且经过6周治疗达到临床有效的143例患者,比较治疗前后患者血总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)水平以及不同性别间血脂水平变化差异。结果经抗抑郁治疗后,老年期抑郁症患者血TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、TG水平均高于治疗前,差异有显著性(P<0.001);不同性别间血脂水平变化差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论抗抑郁治疗可能升高老年期抑郁症患者血脂水平,临床实践过程中需予以重视。Objective To observe the effect of antidepressant treatment on blood lipid level in elderly patients with depression.Method A total of 143 patients diagnosed with geriatric depression for 6 weeks from January 1,2022 to June 30,2022 in Beijing Anding Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University were enrolled,and the blood levels of total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),triglyceride(TG)and blood lipid levels between different sexes before and after treatment were compared.Result After treatment,the levels of total blood cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglycerides were noticeably higher than those before treatment,and there were significant differences(P<0.001).No significant difference was seen in the effect of antidepressant therapy on blood lipid levels between different genders(P>0.05).Conclusion Antidepressant therapy calls for more attention in practice since it may increase blood lipid levels in elderly patients with depression.
