西帕依固龈液联合超声洁治对慢性种植体周围炎患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨西帕依固龈液联合超声洁治对慢性种植体周围炎患者的疗效。方法:选取80例慢性种植体周围炎患者为研究对象,随机分2组。对照组采用超声龈下洁治治疗,研究组采用西帕依固龈液联合超声龈下洁治治疗,比较两组患者疗效及相关指标变化情况。结果:治疗4周后,研究组患者牙周探诊深度(probing depth,PD)、菌斑指数(plaque index,PLI)、出血指数(bleeding index,BI)及种植体边缘骨丧失量(margin bone loss,MBL)均低于对照组(P<0.05);血清白细胞介素⁃6(interleukin⁃6,IL⁃6)、前列腺素E2(prostaglandin E2,PGE2)及内脂素(visfatin,VF)水平均较对照组低(P<0.05)。苯甲酰精氨酸萘酰胺(N⁃benzoyl⁃DL⁃arginine⁃2⁃naphthylamide,BANA)试验表明,研究组患者吸光度值低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:西帕依固龈液联合超声洁治治疗慢性种植体周围炎患者,具有较好的疗效,能够显著改善出血指数,降低血清PGE2水平,改善微生物学指标。Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Xipayi gingival consolidation fluid combined with ultrason⁃ic cleaning on chronic periimplantitis.Methods:Eighty patients with chronic peri⁃implant inflammation were randomly grouped into two groups.The control group was treated with ultrasonic subgingival curettage,while the study group was treated with Xipayi gingival liquid combined with ultrasonic subgingival curettage.The therapeutic effect and related indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,periodontal tissue probing depth(PD),plaque index(PLI),bleeding index(BI)and implant margin bone loss(MBL)in study group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Serum interleukin⁃6(IL⁃6),prostaglandin E2(PGE2)and visfatin(VF)levels were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The N⁃benzoyl⁃DL⁃arginine⁃2⁃naphthylamide(BANA)test showed that the absorbance value of patients in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xipayi solid gingival fluid combined with ultra⁃sonic cleaning has good curative effect in the treatment of patients with chronic periimplantation inflammation,which can sig⁃nificantly improve bleeding index,reduce serum PGE2 level and improve microbiological index.
