改良Mtwo结合同步根管长度测量预备在牙髓炎根管治疗中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨改良Mtwo结合根管长度测量预备在牙髓炎根管治疗中的疗效。方法:选取2020年6月~2022年6月的牙髓炎患者92例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(常规根管治疗)和实验组(改良Mtwo预备结合同步根管长度测量),各46例;对比两组患者根管治疗近期疗效(根管治疗结束后7 d)和远期疗效(治疗结束后7个月),根管预备术后疼痛发生率及根管治疗后根管充填情况。结果:术后7 d近期治疗总有效率两组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。术后7个月实验组根管治疗成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组根管预备术后疼痛程度及疼痛发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组根管恰填率为91.97%,高于对照组(78.68%)(P<0.05)。结论:与传统K型不锈钢锉比较,改良Mtwo预备结合根管长度测量在牙髓炎根管治疗中近期治疗效果相当,远期成功率较高,还可有效降低术后疼痛发生率,提高恰填率。Objective:To investigate the effect of modified Mtwo combined with root canal length measurement in root canal therapy of pulpitis.Methods:Ninety⁃two patients with pulpitis from June 2020 to June 2022 were randomly divided into control group(conventional root canal therapy)and experimental group(modified Mtwo preparation combined with simul⁃taneous root canal length measurement),46 cases in each group.The short⁃term curative effect(7 days after the end of root canal therapy)and long⁃term curative effect(the last follow⁃up time was February 2023,7 months after the end of root canal therapy)of root canal therapy were compared between the two groups.The incidence of pain after root canal preparation and root canal filling after root canal therapy were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups at seven days after root canal therapy(P>0.05).The success rate of root ca⁃nal therapy of the experimental group at 7 months after root canal therapy was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The degree of pain and the incidence of pain after root canal preparation in the experimental group were sig⁃nificantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of root canal filling was 91.97%in the experimental group,higher than that of 78.68%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional K stainless steel file,the modified Mtwo preparation combined with root canal length measurement has the same short⁃term therapeutic effect in root canal therapy of pulpitis,but can obtain a higher long⁃term success rate,and can effectively reduce the incidence of post⁃operative pain and improve the filling rate.
