非线性思维视角下组织的“随机态”管理

摘　　要：非线性思维关乎管理理念、管理目标的深层次转变,以及由此导致的系列管理重心和管理手段的彻底变革。领导者需对组织运行过程中表现出的“不确定性”和“不稳固性”形成更全面、更准确的认知,继而主动改变对单一线性思维下有序、理性和全面管控局面的极致追求,把更为随机和不可预测的管理行为作为常态化、必然性之举。需秉持复杂性策略思维、差异性方法思维、不确定性过程思维、线性化目标思维,将领导效能提升置于风险、误差的更充分预测,以实现误差管理的最优化作为首位目标,确保在领导活动中各种有序态、随机态和混沌态等多样性行为能和谐共同存在于领导系统内。领导者对于各类情形的应对要能够随系统内外不同参数条件的变化而变化,真正实现对多元、动态情势的有效驾驭。Nonlinear thinking is related to the profound transformation of management concepts and objectives,as well as the resulting complete transformation of a series of management focuses and management methods.Leaders need to form a more comprehensive and accurate understanding of the“uncertainty”and“instability”exhibited in the organization’s operation process,and then actively change their pursuit of an orderly,rational,and comprehensive control situation under a single linear thinking,viewing more random and unpredictable management behavior as a normalized and inevitable move.It is necessary to uphold complex strategic thinking,differential methodological thinking,uncertain process thinking,and linearized goal thinking,placing the improvement of leadership effectiveness in a fuller prediction of risks and errors,and taking the optimization of error management as the primary goal to ensure that diverse behaviors such as orderly,random,and chaotic states can coexist harmoniously within the leadership system in leadership activities,Leaders’responses to various situations can change with changes in different parameters and conditions inside and outside the system,truly achieving effective control over diverse and dynamic situations.
