摘　　要：传承中华优秀传统法律文化,是在法治领域坚定文化自信的充分体现。新时代新征程传承中华优秀传统法律文化,离不开法学教育的支撑。应强化保护历史文化遗产的教学理念,不断传导和植入保护意识,储备丰富的教学素材;应挖掘中华优秀传统法律文化,增设新型的教学主题;应围绕中华优秀传统法律文化的内涵、特征、需求来确立教学目标、课程结构和教学方式,塑造科学的教学体系;应注重推动中华优秀传统法律文化的创造性转化和创新性发展,革新传统的教学内容。多管齐下,构筑一条能有效传承中华优秀传统法律文化的教学路径。The inheritance of fine traditional Chinese legal culture is a significant manifestation of cultural confidence in the field of rule of law.It is inseparable from the support of legal education in the new era and new journey.It is therefore needed to strengthen the teaching concept of protecting historical and cultural heritage,constantly promote and instill awareness of preservation,and accumulate abundant teaching materials;efforts should also be made in exploring the fine traditional Chinese legal culture and introducing new teaching themes;it is also necessary to establish teaching objectives,curriculum structure and teaching methods around the connotation,characteristics and needs of fine traditional Chinese legal culture so as to form a scientific and systematic teaching framework.Moreover,attention should be given to promoting the creative transformation and innovative development of fine traditional Chinese legal culture with a revamp of the traditional teaching content.By employing multiple measures,an effective teaching path for the inheritance of the fine traditional Chinese legal culture can be constructed.
