摘　　要：在人工智能技术应用快速发展的今天,AIGC技术正在加速推动着数字音频内容生产模式的变革。在赋能产业实践提质增效的同时,智能语音技术也引发了一些问题与风险。基于案例分析发现,AIGC技术在有声读物等音频内容生产、数字音乐创作、新闻广播智能播报和多元需求的配音等多个应用场景具有较好的赋能潜力。基于实际应用中尚存的AI合成语音精度、用户声音权和作品版权侵权、虚假信息及用户隐私数据泄露等问题的剖析,提出:应提升语音数据库的质量管理,注重隐私保护措施,确保用户数据的安全性和隐私性;通过添加音频数字水印,保护音频作品版权;尽快制定音频法律规范和行业准则,强化著作权授权许可,规范市场传播行为。With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology application,artificial intelligence generated content(AIGC)technology is accelerating the transformation of digital audio content production mode.While empowering industrial practice to improve quality and efficiency,intelligent speech technology also triggers problems and risks.Based on case analysis,it was found that AIGC technology had potential to empower several application scenarios such as audio content production including audio books,digital music creation,intelligent news broadcasts,and multidemand dubbing.Based on analysis of the existing problems in actual application,such as the accuracy of AI synthetic speech,infringement of voice right of users and copyright of works,false information and leakage of user privacy data,it was proposed that:the quality management of voice database should be improved and privacy protection measures should be paid attention to ensure the security and privacy of user data;audio digital watermarks should be added to protect copyright of audio works;audio legal norms and industry guidelines should be formulated as soon as possible to strengthen copyright authorization licensing and regulate market communication behavior.
