摘 要:采用热水、干热、蒸热共3种方式对离体冬生疫霉菌丝体实施不同温度与时间梯度的热处理,发现在处理温度50℃、处理时间3 min的条件下,热水处理能有效抑制离体培养的冬生疫霉菌丝体生长,需时短,抑制效果好;在40℃和45℃的处理温度下,蒸热处理相较干热处理所需时间更短,效果更佳。由此得出:热水处理和蒸热处理能为高效、环保地处理携带冬生疫霉的进境柑橘类水果提供技术参考,具有较好的应用前景。Hot air treatment and hot vapor air treatment were used to treat the mycelia of Phytophthora hibernalis in this study.The results showed that hot water treatment could completely inhibit the growth of P.infestans mycelia cultured in vitro under the conditions of treatment temperature of 50°C and treatment time of 3 min.The effective killing time was the shortest and the inhibition effect was the best.At 40℃and 45℃,the time required for steam heat treatment is shorter than that of hot air treatment,and the effect is better.Hot water treatment and hot air treatment can provide feasible technical support for the efficient and environmentally friendly treatment of imported citrus fruits that may carry P.hibernalis and have good application prospects.
