摘　　要：基于区域知识产权管理的政策背景,分析2012—2019年国有企业新产品开发绩效的作用机制。研究发现:区域知识产权管理对企业新产品开发创新绩效具有显著的“倒U型”影响,且区域知识产权管理对企业新产品开发创新集聚程度有调节作用。根据结论分析实践对策,为企业在创新和研发投入方面提供关键智力支撑和专利获取主动选择,有助于深化对国有企业整合知识产权管理决策及新产品开发决策的认识。Based on the policy context of regionalintellectual property management,the action mechanism of new product development performance of state-owned enterprises from 2012-2019 is analyzed.It is found from the study that regional IP management has a significant inverted U-shaped effect on firms'new product development innovation performance,and the regional IP management has the regulating effect on the gathering degree of development and innovation of enterprises'new product.Based on conclusion,the practice countermeasures are analyzed,which provides key intellectual support and active options of patent acquisition for enterprises in the innovation and R&D investment.This study helps to deepen the understanding of the integration of IP management decisions and new product development decisions of state-owned enterprises.
