摘 要:小酥肉、鸡米花等挂浆肉块类预制菜产品深受人们喜爱,目前主要依靠人工来生产,尤其是挂浆肉块入油锅前的分离工作,生产效率低,人工成本高。文中基于限流、错位、差速和分流等方法设计了一种挂浆肉块分离机,并介绍了这一装置的进料装置、第一级传送装置、第二级传送装置和油炸装置,以及一些的重要装置的参数。该设备能够实现挂浆肉块的自动化分离与炸制,大大节省了生产成本,同时也提高了这类预制菜产品的生产效率。Prefabricated dishes products such as crispy pork and popcorn chicken are very popular.At present,they mainly rely on manual production in the food production line,especially the separation work before the meat is put into the oil pan,which leads to low production efficiency and high labor cost.In this regard,based on current limiting,dislocation,differential and diversion methods,a pulp hanging meat separator is designed.This paper introduces the feeding module,the first stage conveyor,the second stage conveyor and the frying device of this device,as well as the finite element analysis of some important mechanisms.This equipment can realize the automatic separation and frying of meat pieces with pulp hanging,which greatly saves the production cost and improves the production efficiency of this kind of prefabricated dishes products.
