摘  要:常规的齿轮传动系统的典型布置是单电动机输入形式,每级齿轮传递的功率等于总功率,因而对应的齿轮等零部件及整个齿轮箱体积和质量都比较大,对于有空间限制的场合,会带来更多的麻烦;另外,集成设备上的传动系统体积过大,必然导致整个设备的体积和质量相应地增加。该设计通过功率分流的方式,采用四驱动的方式来替代单驱动方式,减小单个齿轮传递的功率,从而减小齿轮等零部件的尺寸和质量,同时,4个小电动机仅保留定子和转子,而免去了电动机的外壳,将4套定子和转子安装在一个独立的箱体内,使整个传动系统的结构更加紧凑,达到轻量化设计的目标。The typical arrangement of gear transmission system is single motor input,and the power transmitted by each stage of gear is equal to the total power,so the dimension and weight of gears and other parts as well as the whole gearbox are relatively large,which will bring trouble for the space limited area;in addition,the big dimension of transmission system will significantly increase the total dimension and weight of the integrated equipment that included it.In this design,through the way of power split to divide the big motor into four small motors,so that can reduce the single gear transmission power,as well as the dimension of the parts.At the same time,the four small motors only retain the stators and rotors without the motor shell,then the four stators and rotors installed in an independent motor case,which makes the whole machine more compact,so that achieves the goal of lightweight design.
