摘 要:为了提高住宅厨房室内空气质量,本文建立厨房三维模型,使用Fluent软件模拟得到厨房典型污染物的浓度渲染图,分析不同送风速度和送风角度的上送风空气幕对典型污染物分布的影响。研究表明,增设上送风空气幕后厨房污染物浓度显著降低;9种工况下室内温度降幅在0.98℃~4.91℃之间,PM2.5排除率在35.2%~90.9%之间,CO_(2)排除率在2.6%~64.4%之间;射流速度为0.5m/s,射流角度为80°时,PM2.5和CO_(2)的协同控制效果最好。In order to improve the indoor environment quality of the residential kitchen,a 3D model of the kitchen was established,and the kitchen was numerically simulated using Fluent software to analyze the impact of the air curtain with different jet velocities and jet angles on the distribution of pollutants.The results showed that the concentration of pollutants in the kitchen behind the air curtain with upper air supply decreased significantly.Under 9 working conditions,the indoor temperature drop is between 0.98℃and 4.91℃,the PM2.5 removal rate is between 35.2%and 90.9%,and the CO_(2) removal rate is between 2.6%and 64.4%.When the jet velocity is 0.5m/s and the jet angle is 80°,the synergistic control effect of PM2.5 and CO_(2) is the best.
