女性乳腺癌康复者心理资源的定性研究

摘　　要：目的:探究女性乳腺癌康复者的心理资源。方法:招募10名乳腺癌康复者,以在确诊、治疗经历和康复期间的心理资源为主题制定访谈提纲,进行半结构化深入访谈,采用Colaizzi现象学研究进行定性分析。结果:女性乳腺癌康复者的心理资源归纳为个人特质、社会支持、经历比较、应对方法以及寻找生命价值5个主题,其中个人特质包括信念、性格和责任;社会支持包括物质支持、精神支持和信息支持;经历比较包括先前经验和社会比较;应对方法包括反思、回避和精神依托;寻找生命价值包括兴趣爱好、勤于助人、珍爱生命和接纳自我。结论:本研究总结了女性乳腺癌康复者的5类心理资源,为其干预方案的制定提供支持。Objective:To explore the psychological resources of female breast cancer survivors.Methods:Totally 10 female breast cancer survivors were recruited for semi-structured in-depth interviews,and an interview outline was developed with the theme of psychological resources of diagnosis,treatment and rehabilitation experience.This study performed qualitative analysis by using Colaizzi′s phenomenological approach.Result:Five themes of psychological resources included personal trait(belief,personalities and responsibility),social support(material support,emotional and information support),experience comparison(previous experience and social comparison),coping methods(reflection,avoidance and spiritual support)and finding the value of life(hobbies,helping others,cherishing life and self-acceptance).Conclusion:The study summarizes five categories of psychological resources for female breast cancer survivors in order to support the development of their intervention programs.
