摘 要:目的:考察亚临床抑郁大学生对情绪信息的注意偏向是否与记忆偏向有关。方法:根据贝克抑郁量表第2版(BDI-II)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)得分筛选出大学生120人,其中亚临床抑郁组(BDI-II得分≥14分且SDS标准分≥53分)、正常对照组(BDI-II得分≤6)各60人;随机选取两组各30人参与情绪词汇试验(试验1),其余被试参与情绪面孔试验(试验2)。通过线索-靶任务考察注意偏向的注意警觉指数和注意脱离困难指数,采用再认任务考察记忆偏向指数。结果:亚临床抑郁组对消极词汇的注意脱离困难指数与记忆偏向指数呈正相关(r=0.44,P<0.05),对积极词汇的注意警觉指数与记忆偏向指数呈负相关(r=-0.55,P<0.01),而正常对照组对消极词汇和积极词汇的注意偏向指数与记忆偏向指数均无相关性(r=-0.20~0.13,均P>0.05)。亚临床抑郁组与正常对照组对消极面孔和积极面孔的注意偏向指数与记忆偏向指数均无相关性(r=-0.31~0.34,均P>0.05)。结论:亚临床抑郁大学生对消极词汇的注意偏向可能增强这些词汇的记忆,而对积极词汇的注意不足则可能减弱这些词汇的记忆。Objective:To investigate whether attentional bias to emotional stimulus is related to memory bias in college students with subclinical depression.Methods:A total of 120 college students were screened according to the scores of Beck Depression Inventory-II(BDI-II)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),including 60 each in the subclinical depression group(BDI-II score≥14 and SDS score≥53)and control group(BDI-II score≤6).Two groups of 30 participants each were randomly selected to participate in the emotional vocabulary test(Experiment 1),and the remaining subjects participated in the emotional faces test(Experiment 2).Vigilance and disengagement difficulty of attentional bias were tested with a cue-target task under two CTOA conditions(Cue-Target Onset Asynchrony,CTOA=300 ms or CTOA=1550 ms),and memory bias was tested with recognition task.Results:In subclinical depression group,the disengagement difficulty for negative vocabulary was positively correlated with the memory bias(r=0.44,P0.05),and the vigilance to positive vocabulary was negatively correlated with the memory bias(r=-0.55,P0.01).In contrast,the correlation between the attention bias and the memory bias to both negative and positive vocabularies were not statistically significant in the control group(r=-0.20-0.13,Ps0.05).And the correlation between the attention bias and the memory bias to negative and positive faces of both the subclinical depression and control groups was not statistically significant under two CTOA conditions(r=-0.31-0.34,Ps0.05).Conclusion:Attentional bias to negative vocabulary enhances memory for these words in subclinical depression college students,while lack of attention will decrease memory of positive words.
