阿替卡因肾上腺素注射液在儿童牙体牙髓无痛治疗中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：为分析在儿童牙体牙髓无痛治疗中应用阿替卡因肾上腺素注射液的实施效果,本研究根据纳入与排除标准,选择2020年1月—2023年2月贵州省职工医院收治的60例儿童牙体牙髓病患儿为研究样本。按照随机数表法将其分为对照组、研究组,每组各30例患儿,对照组给予利多卡因治疗,研究组通过阿替卡因肾上腺素注射液进行干预。结果显示,研究组患儿麻醉及手术阶段疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组患儿的麻醉总有效率相比,研究组患儿麻醉总有效率较高(P<0.05);研究组患儿不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患儿血压及心率指标状况得到有效改善,且麻醉后指标研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究表明,阿替卡因肾上腺素注射液麻醉效果好,实施价值高,对疼痛抑制具有积极意义,可以实现最佳麻醉效果,值得推广。Analyze the implementation effect of articaine adrenaline injection in painless treatment of children’s teeth and pulp.This study selected 60 children with dental pulp disease admitted to Guizhou Provincial StaffHospital from January 2020 to February 2023 as the study samples according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into a control group and a study group,with 30 children in each group.The control group was treated with lidocaine,and the study group was intervened through the treatment scheme of articaine adrenaline injection.The results showed that the pain scores during anesthesia and surgery in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);Compared with the total effective rate of anesthesia in the control group,the total effective rate of anesthesia in the study group was higher(P<0.05);The proportion of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The blood pressure and heart rate indicators of the children in the study group were effectively improved,and the indicators in the study group were better than those in the control group after anesthesia,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Research has shown that articaine adrenaline injection has good anesthesia effect,high implementation value,and positive significance for pain suppression.It can achieve the best anesthesia effect and is worth promoting.
