文化自信:新中国历史演进下冰雪外交的现代阐释

摘　　要：北京冬奥会作为一次推广冰雪运动、展现大国形象、促进国际交流的契机,我国同步取得了优秀的竞赛成绩和丰厚的外交成果。在此背景下,基于文化自信视角对新中国成立后的冰雪外交进程进行解读,得出我国在跌宕起伏的发展历程中实现了文化自信的历史飞跃,并在北京冬奥会的冰雪外交中达到高峰。新时期新征程上,提出集优势为强势的中国冰雪跃迁、聚细润成磅礴的中国冬奥文化、强小家固大家的中国外交浸染等更深层次的认知,对冰雪外交赋予新的现代阐释。以期通过坚定文化自信,树立民族自信,进一步坚守和完善社会主义文化价值体系,实现中国冰雪外交的再度辉煌,为世界冰雪和文化传播作出中国贡献。The Beijing Winter Olympics,as an opportunity to promote ice and snow sports,show the image of a great nation,and promote international exchanges,China has achieved excellent competition results and rich diplomatic achievements simultaneously.In this context,based on the perspective of cultural confidence,this paper interprets the process of ice and snow diplomacy after the establishment of the People's Republic of China,and it concludes that China has achieved a historical leap in cultural confidence during the ups and downs of its development process,reaching its peak in ice and snow diplomacy at the Beijing Winter Olympics.In the new era and new journey,it is proposed to have a deeper understanding and give a new modern interpretation to the ice and snow diplomacy,it means combining advantages as a strong force for the leap of China's ice and snow,gathering fine moisture into majesty for the China's winter Olympic culture,strengthening small families and steadying a strong nation for China's diplomatic engagement.In order to achieve once again glory of China's ice and snow diplomacy and make China's contribution to the world's ice and snow and cultural dissemination by firming up cultural confidence,establishing national self-confidence,and further upholding and improving the socialist cultural value system.
