摘  要:牛初乳碱性蛋白是以牛初乳为原料,经杀菌,脱脂,离心分离去除酪蛋白、α-乳白蛋白、β-乳球蛋白,再经微滤、超滤、冷冻干燥等工艺而制成的,具有促进成骨细胞分化,增加大鼠骨密度等作用。为探究添加牛初乳碱性蛋白的产品对大鼠骨骼健康的影响,本研究以80只10周龄的SD雄鼠为研究对象,随机分为8组,分为空白对照组、碳酸钙对照组以及6个试验组,包括牛奶(A组)、牛奶+乳矿物盐(B组)、牛奶+乳矿物盐+未加热CBP(C组)、牛奶+乳矿物盐+加热CBP(D组)、牛奶+乳矿物盐+VD3(E组)、牛奶+乳矿物盐+加热CBP+VD3(F组),低钙饲料饲喂3个月。结果表明,相比于空白对照组,试验F组血清中的碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性上升25%;在各组摄入钙的量一致时,试验F组的粪钙排出量下降幅度最大,该组相比空白对照组骨密度值显著上升,其相比添加CBP组骨密度有上升的趋势。可以得出,添加牛初乳碱性蛋白产品能够在一定程度上增加大鼠血清中碱性磷酸酶的活性,促进大鼠对钙的吸收和重吸收。通过一系列骨指标的表征,发现添加牛初乳碱性蛋白产品对于长期低钙摄入造成的骨质流失有预防作用。综合考虑,添加牛初乳碱性蛋白的产品对于大鼠能够降低长期低钙摄入造成的骨质流失,有益于其骨骼健康。本试验可为牛初乳碱性蛋白产品评价以及开发提供理论依据。Bovine colostrum basic protein is made from bovine colostrum by sterilization,degreasing,centrifugation,and removal of caseinα-Lactalbuminβ-Lactoglobulin,made by microfiltration,ultrafiltration,freeze-drying and other processes,can promote the differentiation of osteoblasts and increase the bone density of rats.In order to explore the effect of adding bovine colostrum basic protein milk products on the bone health of rats,80 ten-week-old SD male rats were randomly divided into eight groups,which were divided into blank control group,calcium carbonate control group and 6 test group,including milk(Test A),milk+milk mineral salt(Test B),cow milk+milk mineral salt+unheated CBP(Test C),milk+milk mineral salt+heated CBP(Test D),milk+milk mineral salt+VD3(Test E),milk+milk mineral salt+heated CBP+VD3(Test F),,The rats were fed with low calcium diet for three months.The results showed that the activity of alkaline phosphatase(ALP)in Test F serum increased by 25%compared with the control group.When calcium intake in each group was consistent,fecal calcium excretion in Test F group decreased by nearly 20%compared with the control group.Compared with the blank control group,the group of Test F significantly increased the bone mineral density of rats by nearly 1.8 times,which had an upward trend compared with the group of Test E without CBP.The products added with bovine colostrum basic protein can increase the activity of alkaline phosphatase in rat serum to a certain extent,and promote the absorption and reabsorption of calcium in rats.Through the characterization of a series of bone indicators,it was found that adding bovine colostrum basic protein products could prevent bone loss caused by long-term low calcium intake.Comprehensively,the products added with bovine colostrum basic protein can reduce the bone loss caused by long-term low calcium intake in rats,which is beneficial to their bone health,and provide a theoretical basis for the product evaluation of bovine colostrum basic protein and the development of produc
