摘　　要：基于供应链管理的盈余平滑信息机制,通过对2008-2020年A股国有制造业企业数据的分析,结果显示:非国有股东委派董事和高管参与治理能够提升国有企业创新质量,并促进企业信息属性的盈余平滑。立足盈余信息的有效契约观,进一步分析发现,盈余平滑信息机制通过降低供应链集中度对国有企业创新质量产生促进作用。因此,国有企业应强化创新引领作用,充分发挥非国有股东参与公司治理的积极作用,重视高质量财务信息披露对产业链供应链多元化、创新质量提升的助推作用。By analyzing the data of A-share state-owned manufacturing enterprises from 2008 to 2020 and based on the earnings smoothing information mechanism of supply chain management,this paper shows that the participation of non-state-owned shareholders can improve the innovation quality of state-owned enterprises and promote the earnings smoothing of corporate information attributes.Based on the effective contract view of earnings information,this paper further analyzes and verifies that earnings smoothing information mechanism can play a role in promoting innovation quality by reducing the concentration degree of supply chain.Therefore,state-owned enterprises should strengthen innovation leadership,give full play to the positive role of non-state-owned shareholders in governance,and pay attention to the boosting role of high-quality financial information disclosure in diversifying the industrial chain and supply chain and improving the quality of innovation.
