摘 要:[目的/意义]探究生物医学领域技术方法使用的增长模式,揭示用于表征技术方法的术语所固有的概念特征对其知识增长模式的影响关系。[方法/过程]采用《医学主题词表》词表E05分支术语表征生物医学领域的技术方法知识,对PubMed 1975—2018年发表文献中的该类术语进行分析,对术语的词频变化曲线进行函数拟合,揭示技术方法的知识增长模式;在此基础上,通过相关性检验和无序多分类逻辑回归,探究了概念类别多样性、内涵多样性、概念专指度3个概念特征层面对技术方法知识增长模式的影响关系。[结果/结论]研究表明,生物医学领域的技术方法知识呈现出倒U形、正U形、指数递增形、指数递减形、线性递增形、线性递减形6种增长模式;3个概念特征都会对领域技术方法的知识增长模式产生显著影响,与生物医学领域生命健康、疾病治疗、改善医疗保健等根本研究问题相关的技术方法更可能受到持续关注和使用。概念特征的引入考虑了领域背景以及术语间的语义关联关系,从内在视角解释了领域内技术方法的知识增长过程。[Purpose/significance]To explore the growth mode of the use of technical methods in the biomedical field,and reveal the relationship between the conceptual characteristics inherent in the terms used to characterize the technical methods and their knowledge growth mode.[Method/process]We used the E05 branch of MeSH thesaurus to represent the technical method knowledge in the biomedical field,and analyzed such terms with the articles published in PubMed from 1975 to 2018 by function fitting the changes in the number of articles indexed by terms,so as to reveal the knowledge growth mode of technical methods.Then,through correlation test and disordered multi-classification logistic regression,the influence relationship of three concept feature levels,including concept category diversity,connotation diversity and concept specificity,on the knowledge growth mode of technical methods is explored.[Result/conclusion]The research indicated that the technical method knowledge in the biomedical field presented six growth modes,including inverted U-shaped,positive U-shaped,exponential increase,exponential decrease,linear increase and linear decrease.All three conceptual features will have a significant impact on the knowledge growth pattern of domain technical methods,and technical methods related to fundamental research issues such as life and health,disease treatment,and improvement of health care in the biomedical field are more likely to receive continuous attention and use.The introduction of concept features considers the domain background and the semantic association among terms,and explains the knowledge growth process of technical methods in the domain from the internal perspective.
