高职院校助力凉山彝区乡村振兴高质量发展的路径研究

摘　　要：实施乡村振兴战略是党的十九大提出的实现全面小康社会的标志性目标和重大战略,是党的“三农”工作总抓手。作为服务地方经济社会发展的高职院校更要担负起助力“乡村振兴”战略的历史责任。通过研究,提出高职院校助力凉山彝区乡村振兴高质量发展要对标产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕的总要求,重点围绕凉山彝区产业发展、人才培养、文化建设、环境治理、基层党建5个方面提供帮扶,具体要服务地方产业发展,夯实乡村振兴经济基础;创新本土人才培养,强化乡村振兴人才支撑;参与民族文化建设,传承乡村振兴优秀文化;加强乡村环境治理,推动乡村振兴生态建设;结对指导基层党建,引领乡村振兴组织建设。The rural revitalization strategy is the landmark goal and major strategy of realizing a moderately prosperous society in an all⁃round way put forward at the 19th National Congress of the CPC,and it is the main focus of the Party’s work on agriculture,rural areas and farmers.As a service for local economic and social development,higher vocational colleges should shoulder the historical responsibility of helping the“rural revitalization”strategy.Through research,this paper put forward higher vocational colleges boost rural liangshan yi area to develop high quality development of the industry prosperity,ecological livable,local custom civilization,effective governance,life wealthy general require⁃ments,focus on liangshan yi area industry development,talents cultivation,cultural construction,environmental governance,basic party five aspects to provide support,specifically to serve local industry development,to consolidate the economic foundation for rural revitalization;In⁃novate the cultivation of local talents and strengthen the support of rural revitalization talents;to participate in the construction of national cul⁃ture and inherit the excellent culture of rural revitalization;Strengthen rural environmental governance,promote rural revitalization and ecologi⁃cal construction;work in pairs to guide Party building at the grassroots level and lead the construction of rural revitalization organizations.
