摘　　要：机器人手术操作系统在直肠癌治疗中的应用在国内外逐渐开展,但仍需要通过辅助切口取出标本。随着经自然腔道取标本手术(NOSES)的兴起,机器人手术操作系统与NOSES结合在直肠癌外科治疗领域取得了良好的临床疗效。该文就机器人NOSES手术在直肠癌治疗中的应用现状作一综述。The application of robot operating system in the treatment of rectal cancer is gradually being developed both domestically and internationally,but the specimens still need to be extracted through an auxiliary incision.With the rise of natural orifice specimen extraction surgery(NOSES),the combination of robot operating system and NOSES has achieved good clinical results in the field of rectal cancer surgery.This paper reviews the application status of robotic NOSES in the treatment of rectal cancer.
