摘　　要：睑板腺功能障碍(meibomian gland dysfunction,MGD)是一种以睑板腺终末导管阻塞和(或)腺体分泌的质或量发生改变为特征的慢性、弥漫性睑板腺病变,临床上可引起泪膜异常、炎症反应及眼部刺激症状等,影响患者日常生活。MGD的发病机制尚不明确,其治疗方案有限,目前主要的治疗方法包括睑缘清洁、热敷、睑板腺按摩以及人工泪液等。近年来,随着研究人员对相关领域的深入研究,先进治疗方法及技术的不断出现,如热脉动系统、强脉冲光疗法,口服抗炎、抗菌药物,膳食补充omega-3必需脂肪酸以及手术治疗等,使MGD的治疗取得了很大的进展。现代中医秉持着“辨证论治”的基本原则,从雾化熏洗、针灸等方面治疗MGD也取得了良好的进展。该文综述了目前国内外MGD治疗的各种中西医方案,深入了解其临床治疗新进展,希望能为MGD的治疗提供新的思路。Meibomian gland dysfunction(MGD)is a chronic,diffuse meibomian gland lesion characterized by obstruction of the terminal duct of the meibomian gland or changes in the quantity or quality of eyelid esters,which can clinically cause tear film abnormalities,inflammatory reactions and eye irritation symptoms,affecting the daily life of patients.The pathogenesis of MGD is still unclear,its treatment options are limited,and the main treatments include eyelid margin cleaning,warm compress,meibomian gland massage,and artificial tears.In recent years,with the in-depth study of related fields by researchers,advanced treatment methods and technologies have continued to emerge,such as thermal pulsation,intense pulsed light therapy,oral anti-inflammatory,antibacterial drugs,dietary supplementation of omega-3 essential fatty acids and surgical treatment,etc.,which has made great progress in the treatment of MGD.Modern Chinese medicine has also made good progress in treating MGD from atomization fumigation,acupuncture and other aspects under the basic principle of“syndrome differentiation and treatment”.This article reviews the various traditional Chinese and Western medicine schemes for the treatment of MGD at home and abroad,and deeply understands the new progress of their clinical treatment,hoping to provide new ideas for the treatment of MGD.
