斑马鱼模型在中药调节血管生成研究中的应用

摘　　要：许多疾病伴随机体对血管生成调节的失衡,有些疾病因为血管生成过度如肿瘤、皮疹、烟雾病、脉络膜新生血管性疾病、糖尿病眼底血管病变等需要抑制血管生成治疗。有些疾病因为血管生成不足如心肌缺血、脑梗死、骨折愈合等则需要促血管生成治疗。斑马鱼具有胚胎透明易观察、与人类基因组高度同源、生理机能高度的保守性等特点,已成为血管生成研究的重要模型。从斑马鱼的特性、躯干部血管结构、调控斑马鱼血管生成的主要信号分子以及中药调节斑马鱼血管生成等方面进行综述。Many diseases are associated with an imbalance in the regulation of angiogenesis.The diseases of hyperangiogenesis include tumor,rash,moyamoya disease,choroidal neovascular disease,diabetic fundus vasculopathy and so on,which require treatment to inhibit angiogenesis.On the contrary,some diseases are accompanied by insufficient angiogenesis,which cannot meet the needs of tissue repair or growth of the body,such as myocardial ischemia,cerebral infarction,fracture and so on,which require angiogenesis promotion therapy.Zebrafish has become an important model for angiogenesis research because of its transparent embryo,high homology with human genome and high conservation of physiological function.This paper reviewed the characteristics of zebrafish,the vascular structure of trunk,the main signal molecules regulating angiogenesis in zebrafish and the regulation of angiogenesis by traditional Chinese medicine.
