摘 要:以经穴和非经穴差异研究为切入点,主要归纳和整理了在体技术在经穴特异性研究的应用概况。收集1970—2022年中国知网数据库以及PubMed数据库有关经穴与非经穴研究检测方法的文献资料,探讨生物超微弱发光技术、红外线热成像技术、脑功能成像技术、穴位电阻仪探测技术以及氧传感针技术等在体不同类型的技术手段在经穴理化等特异性研究中的优势和不足。研究发现经穴与非经穴的能量代谢规律主要体现在利用生物超微弱发光技术可以检测到部分经穴光子的节律性变化;红外线热成像技术检测到的穴区红外辐射温度高于非穴区的红外辐射温度;经穴与非穴区进行同等强度的刺激后,脑功能成像图显示的激活脑区也呈现多样性变化;穴位电阻仪探测技术也探测到部分经穴具有低电阻的特性;此外,利用氧传感针技术发现穴区较非穴区的氧分压改变的幅度也存在差异。虽然目前的科学技术已经提供了一定的客观可供分析的结果,但上述经穴与非经穴对比研究依然存在瓶颈问题。在今后的研究中,还应该提高检测技术的精确度及稳定性,开发适宜经穴研究的新型在体技术。This paper summarizes and compiles an overview of the application of in vivo technologies in the study of acupoint specificity by using the study of differences between the meridian and non-meridian acupoints as the entry point.The literature on detection methods for meridian acupoint and non-meridian acupoint research in 1970—2022 was collected from the China National Knowledge Internet and the PubMed databases to explore the advantages and shortcomings of different types of technical means in vivo,such as ultra-weak photo emission,infrared thermography,functional brain imaging,detection technology of acupoint resistance meter and oxygen sensing needle technology in the study of meridian acupoint physical and chemical specificities.The energy metabolism pattern between the meridian and non-meridian acupoints was found to be mainly reflected in the rhythmic changes of photons in some meridian acupoints detected by using ultra-weak photo emission.The infrared radiation temperature of the acupoints area detected by infrared thermal imaging technology was higher than that of the non-acupoints area.The brain function imaging map showed a diversity of changes in activated brain areas after the same intensity of stimulation in the meridian and non-meridian acupoints areas.The detection technology of acupoint resistance meter also detected that some meridians had the characteristics of low resistance.In addition,the oxygen sensing needle technique revealed a difference in the magnitude of oxygen partial pressure changes in the meridian areas compared to that in the non-meridian areas.Although current science and technology have provided some objective results for analysis,there is still some weakness in the comparative studies of the meridian and non-meridian acupoints.In future research,it is also important to improve the accuracy and stability of detection techniques and develop the new in vivo techniques suitable for meridian acupoint studies.
