乳腺癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶-1、基质金属蛋白酶-2表达与临床病理特征及预后转归的关系分析

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)的表达与临床病理特征及预后转归的关系。方法选取2018年6月至2020年12月北京市房山区第一医院收治的76例乳腺癌患者为乳腺癌组,另选取同期北京市房山区第一医院收治的76例良性乳腺病变患者为良性乳腺病变组进行回顾性分析。比较两组患者乳腺组织中MMP-1、MMP-2阳性表达情况。分析乳腺癌患者MMP-1、MMP-2阳性表达与病理特征的关系。根据生存状况将乳腺癌组患者分为死亡组(28例)和存活组(48例),比较两组患者乳腺组织MMP-1、MMP-2阳性表达情况。结果乳腺癌组患者乳腺组织中MMP-1、MMP-2阳性表达率高于良性乳腺病变组(P<0.05)。乳腺癌组临床分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、绝经、淋巴结转移、雌激素受体(ER)阳性患者的MMP-1阳性表达占比高于临床分期Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、未绝经、无淋巴结转移、ER阴性患者(P<0.05)。乳腺癌组临床分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、绝经、淋巴结转移、ER阳性患者的MMP-2阳性表达占比高于临床分期Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、未绝经、无淋巴结转移、ER阴性患者(P<0.05)。死亡组患者乳腺组织中MMP-1、MMP-2阳性表达占比高于存活组(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌组织中MMP-1、MMP-2存在异常高表达,且参与了乳腺癌的发生、发展及转移等过程,与患者预后转归密切相关。Objective To discuss the relationship between the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-1(MMP-1)and matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)and clinicopathologic features,prognosis and outcome in breast cancer tissues.Methods A total of 76 patients with breast cancer admitted to the First Hospital of Fangshan District of Beijing from June 2018 to December 2020 were selected as breast cancer group.Another 76 patients with benign breast lesions admitted to the First Hospital of Fangshan District of Beijing were selected as the benign breast lesions group.Retrospective analysis were conducted.The positive expression of MMP-1 and MMP-2 in breast tissues of the two groups was compared.The relationship between the expression of MMP-1 and MMP-2 and the clinicopathologic features of breast cancer patients were analyzed.In addition,all breast cancer patients were divided into the death group(28 cases)and the survival group(48 cases)according to the difference in survival status,and the differences in the expression of MMP-1 and MMP-2 between the two groups were analyzed.Results The expression rates of MMP-1 and MMP-2 in breast tissue of breast cancer group were higher than those of benign breast lesions group(P<0.05).The positive rate of MMP-1 expression in patients in clinical stageⅢtoⅣ,menopause,lymph node metastasis and estrogen receptor(ER)-positive breast cancer was higher than that in patients in clinical stageⅠtoⅡ,premenopause,no lymph node metastasis and ER-negative breast cancer(P<0.05).The positive rate of MMP-2 expression in patients with clinical stageⅢtoⅣ,menopause,lymph node metastasis and ER-positive breast cancer was higher than that in patients with clinical stageⅠtoⅡ,premenopause,no lymph node metastasis and ER-negative breast cancer(P<0.05).The positive rates of MMP-1 and MMP-2 expression in the death group were higher than those in the survival group(P<0.05).Conclusion There are abnormally high expressions of MMP-1 and MMP-2 in breast cancer tissues,and they are involved in the occurrence,dev
