摘　　要：开[牙合]是一种常见的错[牙合]畸形,治疗较为困难。正确诊断及合理选择矫治方式是矫治成功的关键。压低上颌磨牙使下颌顺时针旋转可有效治疗开[牙合]畸形,临床上压低磨牙常用的方法包括固定矫治技术、隐形矫治技术以及种植钉辅助矫治技术。本文就不同压低技术的压低效果、牙根吸收情况以及矫治后的稳定性等作一综述,以期为不同开[牙合]患者的临床治疗提供借鉴。Open bite is one of the malocclusions that is a difficult to treat.Correct diagnosis and reasonable choice of orthodontic treatment are the keys to successful treatment.Depression of maxillary molars and clockwise rotation of mandible can effectively treat open bite.The common methods of depression include fixed orthodontic technique,invisible orthodontic technique and implant-assisted orthodontic technique.In this paper,we review the depression effect,root resorption and postcorrection stability of different depression techniques in order to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of different patients with open bite.
