摘 要:目的探讨沉浸式临床体验教学对手术室低年资护士共情能力的影响。方法于2022年1月—5月,便利选取我院38名手术室低年资护士为研究对象,开展共情相关理论培训、临床实践、案例引导下的沉浸式临床体验,以进阶的方式训练手术室低年资护士的共情能力。干预前后采用杰弗逊共情量表测量护士的共情能力。结果干预前,护士的杰弗逊共情量表得分为(95.45±5.20)分,干预后得分为(112.79±4.63)分,干预前后总得分及各维度得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沉浸式临床体验教学能够提升手术室低年资护士的共情能力。Objective To explore the effect of the flow clinical experiential teaching on the empathy ability of junior nurses in operating room.Methods From January 2022 to May 2022,38 junior nurses in the operating room were conveniently selected as the research objects.Flow clinical experiential teaching was carried out through empathy-related theoretical training and clinical practice,clinical practice experience guided by cases,and the creation of visual real clinical situations to train the empathy ability of junior nurses in the operating room in an advanced way.The Jefferson Scale of Empathy-Health Professionals was used to measure the empathy ability of nurses before and after the intervention.Results Nurses'scores of empathy were(95.45±5.20)before the intervention and(112.79±4.63)after the intervention,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The flow clinical experiential teaching could improve the empathy ability of junior nurses in operating room.
