种植牙技术修复在牙列游离端缺失患者中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的 调查对牙列游离端存在缺失现象的患者实施种植牙技术修复干预的价值。方法 选取2019年1月-2021年12月本院收治的160例牙列游离端缺失患者作为研究对象,采取双盲法予以归入实验组(n=80)与参照组(n=80)当中,实验组应用种植牙技术修复治疗,参照组应用传统义齿修复治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后牙槽骨骨吸收量、QOL评分、评分指标(语言功能、咀嚼功能、美观度)、不良反应发生率(牙龈炎、感染、牙齿不稳)。结果 治疗前,比较两组患者的牙槽骨吸收量与QOL评分、评分指标,差距不大(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组患者的牙槽骨吸收量、不良反应发生率比参照组较低(P<0.05)。实验组患者的评分指标、QOL评分均比参照组较高(P<0.05)。结论 对牙列游离端存在缺失情况的患者实施种植牙修复干预的效果良好,不良反应少,安全性高,值得推广。Objective To investigate value of dental implant restoration intervention for patients with missing of free end dentition.Methods Study period:from January 2019 to December 2021,the paper chose 160 patients with missing of free end dentition and divided them into experimental group(n=80)and reference group(n=80)with double blind method.Experimental group was treated with dental implant technology,while reference group with traditional denture restoration.Alveolar bone resorption,QOL scores and scoring indicators(language function,chewing function,aesthetics),incidence of adverse reactions(gingivitis,infection,unstable teeth)were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in alveolar bone resorption,QOL scores and scoring indicators between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,alveolar bone resorption and incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Scoring indicators and QOL scores of experimental group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dental implant restoration intervention can achieve good effect for patients with missing of free end dentition,with fewer adverse reactions and high safety,which is worthy of promotion.
