摘　　要：目的 探讨肥胖中年精神分裂症患者临床特征及认知受损的相关因素。方法 选取2021年8月-2022年8月在本院的中年精神分裂症患者,分为肥胖组(n=61)和非肥胖组(n=81)。比较两组临床资料、重复性成套神经心理状态测验(RBANS)评分,并统计相关性及影响因素。结果 肥胖组较非肥胖组受教育年限短、体重大、服用抗精神病药物数量多、高血压比例高、空腹血糖高、甘油三酯高、高密度脂蛋白低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。二元Logistic回归分析显示,受教育年限(OR=0.811,95%CI:0.673~0.977)、体重(OR=1.208,95%CI:1.12~1.303)、空腹血糖(OR=2.315,95%CI:1.275~04.204)与肥胖有关。两组RBANS总分及各维度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 肥胖中年精神分裂症患者受教育年限短、体重大、空腹血糖高,肥胖对稳定期中年精神分裂症患者认知功能无直接影响。Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and cognitive impairment in obese middle-aged schizophrenia patients.Methods The middle-aged schizophrenia patients in our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into the obese group(n=61)and the non-obese group(n=81).The two groups of clinical data,repetitive complete neuropsychological state test(RBANS)scores were compared,and statistical associations and influencing factors were calculated.Results In the obese group,the difference was shorter years of education,high number of antipsychotic drugs,high proportion of hypertension,high fasting blood glucose,high triglycerides,and low HDL compared with the nonobese group(P<0.05).Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that years of education(OR=0.811,95%CI:0.673~0.977),body weight(OR=1.208,95%CI:1.12-1.1303),and fasting blood glucose(OR=2.315,95%CI:1.275~04.204)were related to obesity.The RBANS total score and the various dimension scores of the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Obese middle-aged schizophrenia patients have short years of education,large weight and high fasting blood glucose,and obesity has no direct effect on the cognitive function of stable middle-aged schizophrenia patients.
