探讨口腔颌面部囊肿应用开窗减压术治疗的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨口腔颌面部囊肿应用开窗减压术治疗的临床效果。方法选取本院2020年4月至2022年10月收治的130例口腔颌面部囊肿患者,将其以简单抽样法随机分成两组,各65例。其中对照组以口腔颌面部囊肿刮治术治疗,观察组则以开窗减压术治疗。对比两组手术基本情况、治疗疗效、并发症情况与复发率、炎性因子指标、生活质量水平。结果观察组手术出血量、创伤面积指标均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为93.85%(61/65),高于对照组指标水平(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),两组复发率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术前两组降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)指标水平对比差异不显著(P>0.05);术后观察组PCT、CRP、IL-6指标水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。术前两组健康调查量表36(SF-36)对比差异不显著(P>0.05);术后观察组SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论开窗减压术在口腔颌面部囊肿的治疗中取得满意效果,相较颌面部囊肿刮治术,其能减轻手术创伤程度,并且具有更理想的治疗效果,能降低并发症的发生率,有助于预防继发感染,可使患者的生活质量得到显著提升。Objective To explore the clinical effect of fenestration decompression surgery for the treatment of oral and maxillofacial cysts.Method One hundred and thirty patients with oral and maxillofacial cysts admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to October 2022 were randomly divided into two groups using a simple sampling method,with 65 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral and maxillofacial cyst curettage surgery,while the observation group was treated with fenestration decompression surgery.Compare the basic surgical situation,treatment efficacy,complications and recurrence rate,inflammatory factor indicators,and quality of life between the two groups.Results The surgical bleeding volume and wound area indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.85%(61/65),which was higher than the indicator level of the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of calcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)between the two groups before operation(P>0.05);The levels of PCT,CRP,and IL-6 indicators in the postoperative observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in the comparison of the SF-36 health survey summary table between the two groups before surgery;The SF-36 score in the postoperative observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fenestration decompression surgery has achieved satisfactory results in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial cysts.Compared with curettage surgery for oral and maxillofacial cysts,it can control surgical trauma and has a more ideal therapeutic effect,reduce the occurrence of complications,help prevent secondary infections,and signi
