摘　　要：通过分析检测IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、TNF-α等炎症因子,探究夏枯草提取物的抗炎作用。研究证实,夏枯草提取物具有显著的免疫调节作用,为临床使用夏枯草制剂以及研究中药新药提供了有力的理论依据。By analyzing and detecting inflammatory factors including L-1B,L-6,L-8,IL-10 and TNF-α,the anti-inflammatory effect of Prunella vulgaris extract was explored.The study confirmed that the Prunella vulgaris extract has significant immunomodulatory effects,which provides a strong theoretical basis for the clinical use of Prunella vulgaris preparations and the study of new Chinese medicine.
