摘　　要：以惠州卫生职业技术学院药学高水平专业群建设为契机,通过对标“双高”院校,建立健全团队管理制度;深化产教融合,共建教学创新团队;加强企业实践,提升教师实训指导能力;优化团队结构,选培优秀双专业带头人等途径,组建既具有高水平实践技能又掌握丰富专业基础理论的“双师型”教师教学创新团队。Taking the construction of a high-level pharmacy major group at Huizhou Health Sciences Polytechnic as an opportunity,establish and improve a team management system by bench marking"dual high"colleges;Deepen the integration of industry and education,and jointly build a teaching innovation team;Strengthen practice in enterprise and enhance teachers′practical training and guidance abilities;By optimizing the team structure,selecting and cultivating excellent dual major leaders to establish a"dual teacher"teaching innovation team with high-level practical skills and rich professional basic theories.
