摘　　要：分析地方高校医学生创新创业教育现状、成效、存在的问题及不足,分别从学生层面、教师层面和管理层面提出加强医学生创新创业教育的对策,期望为相关医学院校开展创新创业活动、不断提高医学人才培养质量提供一定参考。This article analyzes the current situation,effectiveness,problems,and shortcomings of innovation and entrepreneurship education for medical collegians in local colleges and universities,and proposes strategies to strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship education for medical students from the perspectives of collegians,teachers,and management.It is expected to provide some reference for relevant medical colleges to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship activities and continuously improve the quality of medical personnel cultivation.
