摘　　要：目的对国内住院医师规范化培训(以下简称规培)相关文献进行计量分析,探讨规培的发展进程和研究热点。方法利用CiteSpace 5.6R5软件,对2014年1月至2022年10月1日9年间发表的7087篇文献进行分析。结果我国规培研究成果呈逐年上升的发展态势,具有影响力的5个高频关键词是住院医师规范化培训、教育、教学、医学教育、临床教学;关键词聚类主要为专业学位、教育、教学、PBL、住院医师、新型冠状病毒肺炎、胜任力、方法、神经内科、同质化、科研能力11类。结论我国规培发展经历了探索阶段的缓慢态势、觉醒阶段的迅猛态势、觉悟阶段的理性态势3种状态,教学方法、思政教育、人文关怀、临床思维能力等是今后研究的热点。Objective The study conducts a bibliometric analysis of the literature related to standardized training for resident physicians in China(hereinafter referred to as standardized training),aiming to explore the development process and research hotspots of standardized training.Methods CiteSpace 5.6R5 software was used to analyze 7,087 articles published from January 2014 to October 1,2022.Results The research results of standardized training in China are showing an increasing trend year by year.The five high-frequency keywords with influence are standardized training for resident physicians,education,teaching,medical education,and clinical teaching;Key words clustering mainly includes 11 categories:professional degree,education,teaching,PBL,resident physician,novel coronavirus pneumonia,competence,methods,neurology,homogenization,and scientific research ability.Conclusion The development of standardized training in China has gone through three stages:slow exploration stage,rapid awakening stage,and rational awakening stage.Teaching methods,Ideological&Political education,humanistic care,and clinical thinking ability will be hot topics for future research.
