摘　　要：热消融作为一种微创治疗的手段目前已被广泛应用于肿瘤的局部介入治疗中。激光消融(laser ablation,LA)作为热消融的方法之一,与射频消融(radio frequency ablation,RFA)和微波消融(microwave ablation,MWA)相比,以消融目标精准、止血效果良好等独特优势近年来在各种肿瘤消融治疗中发挥了重要作用,本文现对激光消融治疗肿瘤的临床应用和研究进展进行综述。Thermal ablation,a minimally invasive treatment method,has been widely used in local interventional treatment of tumor.Compared with radiofrequency ablation and microwave ablation,laser ablation as one of the thermal ablation methods,plays an important role due to its unique advantages in tumor ablation treatment such as accurate ablation targeting and good hemostasis effect.In this paper,the clinical application and research progress of laser ablation for tumors was reviewed.
