区域国别研究视角下高校俄文文献保障现状与发展策略

摘　　要：文章采用访谈与引文分析相结合的方法,深入挖掘从事俄罗斯研究相关学者的俄文文献需求,在调查中国高校人文社会科学文献中心俄文文献保障情况基础上,提出加强俄文学术图书资源建设、确保俄文重点期刊和报纸资源完整和可获取、加快俄文图书回溯工作、整合俄罗斯开放获取资源、充分发挥学科馆员的连结纽带作用等高校俄文文献资源保障策略。This paper uses the method of interview and citation analysis to explore the needs of related research scholars for Russian literature,and researches on the guarantee of the humanities and social sciences documentation center of Chinese universities for Russian.It puts forward strategies on strengthen the resources construction of Russian language academic books,ensure the integrity and accessibility of the resources of key Russian language journals and newspapers,accelerate the traceability of Russian language books,integrate open access resources in Russia,and fully leverage the role of subject librarians in the construction of Russian language literature resources in universities.
