摘 要:构建基于服务水平的线上线下双渠道供应链。利用Stackelberg博弈模型,分析了两种渠道下零售商的服务水平对其定价的影响,得出了两种不同的零售商的最优价格。最后运用Python软件进行算例分析与仿真来验证结论的正确性。研究表明:服务水平有一个临界点,如果服务等级太高,则会导致企业的利润下降,因此,供应链中的成员应该在一定程度上提高其服务水准;由于顾客偏好,不同渠道提供的服务水平也会对其价格产生不同的影响。In this paper,we constructed an online and offline dual channel supply chain based on service level.Using the Stackelberg game model,we analyzed the influence of the retailer's service level on its pricing for the two channels,and obtained the optimal price of both channels.Finally,using Python in a numerical analysis and simulation,we verified the correctness of the conclusions drawn.The research showed that:there is a critical point to the service level,above which,meaning if the service level is too high,the profit of the enterprise would decline,therefore,the members on the supply chain should improve their service level but only to a certain extent;and due to customer preference,the different service levels put out by the retailer in different channels could also impact on its prices.
