摘　　要：对某企业喷涂车间生产作业流程和现场布置中存在的问题进行了流程程序与布置经路分析,提出了流程程序和现场布置的改进方案。通过比较验证,该方案提高了劳动生产率,减少了无效作业,降低了劳动强度。This paper looked at the problems existing in the production process and site layout of a certain enterprise's spray paint shop,analyzed the processes and operation routing of the shop,and proposed an improved process and layout planning solution.Through comparison and verification,it was shown that this solution could improve labor productivity,eliminate invalid operation,and reduce labor intensity.
