摘  要:目的:分析裸燕麦麸皮提取物和低频脉冲刺激分别干预盆底功能障碍(PFD)大鼠对ADP核糖基化因子GTP结合蛋白3(ArfGAP3)信号通路的影响。方法:将30只大鼠随机均分为模型组、药物干预组、物理干预组,比较各组干预后病灶局部组织中ArfGAP3、透明质酸(HA)、层粘连蛋白(LN)、Ⅳ型胶原蛋白(Ⅳ-C)含量的统计学差异。用回归模型分析HA、LN、Ⅳ-C和ArfGAP3的综合关联。结果:药物干预组和模型组、物理干预组和模型组、物理干预组和药物干预组两两比较,各指标差异均有统计意义(P<0.05)。各指标对ArfGAP3蛋白影响程度依次为LN蛋白、HA蛋白、Ⅳ-C蛋白。结论:低频脉冲刺激和裸燕麦麸皮提取物虽然均能对PFD大鼠病灶局部ArfGAP3通路产生激活作用,但低频脉冲刺激物理治疗方式能更为快捷且显著的降低LN蛋白表达,增加HA、Ⅳ-C蛋白表达,可能对病灶局部肌功能恢复有更好促进作用。Objective:The effects of naked oat bran extract and low frequency pulse stimulation on ADP ribosylation factor GTPase Activating Protein 3(ArfGAP3)signaling pathway in Pelvic Floor Dysfunction(PFD)rats are analyzed.Methods:Thirty rats are randomly divided into model group,drug intervention group and physical intervention group.The contents of ArfGAP3,hyaluronic acid(HA),laminin(LN)and typeⅣcollagen(Ⅳ-C)in local lesion tissues of each group after intervention are compared statistically.The comprehensive association of HA,LN,Ⅳ-C and ArfGAP3 is analyzed by regression model.Results:Pair-to-pair comparison between drug intervention group and model group,physical intervention group and model group,physical intervention group and drug intervention group showed statistically significant differences in each index(P<0.05).The influence degree of each index on ArfGAP3 protein is successively LN protein,HA protein andⅣ-C protein.Conclusions:Although both low-frequency pulse stimulation and naked oat bran extract can activate the focal ArfGAP3 pathway in PFD rats,low-frequency pulse physiotherapy can rapidly and significantly reduce the expression of LN protein and increase the expression of HA andⅣ-C protein,which may have a better promoting effect on the recovery of focal local muscle function.
